At Black Flag Lighting we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our products and are committed to your satisfaction. This warranty section outlines the coverage, terms, and support we offer to ensure your purchase is protected. Whether you're a new customer or a long-time supporter, we want you to feel confident knowing we’re here to help if something doesn’t meet expectations. Please read below for full details on our warranty policy.
We may require you to send in certain products for us to test if they are faulty. Shipping is at the responsibility of the customer. Simply email us directly including your order number, an explanation of what is happening, and pictures and we will be happy to assist. >> Info@BlackFlagLighting.com <<

Rock Lights:
We offer a Lifetime Craftsmanship warranty on all of our non wear-and-tear parts for our Rock Lights. This includes both DIY and Pre Wired kits. If you have any defect such as moisture internally, internal LEDs going out, or rock lights not turning on, it is all covered under our Lifetime Craftsmanship warranty. It also includes discounted lifetime replacements on any control boxes or wiring. 


Wheel Lights:
We offer a Lifetime Craftsmanship warranty on all of our non wear-and-tear parts for our Wheel Lights. this includes both DIY and Pre Wired kits. If you have any defect such as the Aluminum Ring breaking or the Aluminum L brackets snapping they are covered under this warranty. It also includes discounted lifetime replacements on any control boxes, wiring, and LED boards/strips if you have an issue such as the LED strips getting damaged from road debris, during installation, or getting water damage internally. We may require you to send in certain products for us to test if they are faulty.  Please note to quality for a warranty you do need to use 4 of the 5 L brackets and have at least 6 screws/bolts mounted. The lifetime craftsmanship warranty does not cover the ring falling off from negligent installation and you can purchase replacement rings at a discounted cost. 

Aluminum Grille Bars:
We offer a Lifetime Craftsmanship warranty on all of our non wear-and-tear parts for our Aluminum Grille Bars. If you have any defect such as moisture internally, internal LEDs going out, or the Aluminum backing breaking, it is all covered under our Lifetime Craftsmanship warranty. 

Magnetic Mounts:
We offer a Lifetime Craftsmanship warranty on all of our non wear-and-tear parts for our Magnetic Mounts. If you have any defect such as any bracket/mount breaking, cracking, or snapping it is covered under our Lifetime Craftsmanship warranty. Things such as Rock Lights falling off while using the mounts are not covered under warranty.

Interior Lighting:
We offer a Lifetime Craftsmanship warranty on all of our non wear-and-tear parts for our Starlight Headliner, Starlight Floor Mats, Interior Footwell, and Interior Headliner Accent kit. If you have any defect such as moisture internally, internal LEDs going out, or the control box not functioning properly, it is all covered under our Lifetime Craftsmanship warranty. 

Dealer Products:
All products that are not manufactured by us(ie Dealer Products such as Morimoto, AlphaRex, Putco, RSL, Diode Dynamics, Form Lighting, Baja Designs, Rigid Industries, etc..) are only covered by their manufacturing warranty if applicable.
