Delivery / Cancellations
BlackFlagLighting prides itself on getting the product that you order to your door in the fastest and safest way possible. We use UPS and can also ship USPS, FedEx, or DHL under request. If your order needs to ship a specific carrier please reach out to us so we can ensure to have it shipped the proper channel(extra payment may be needed if the shipping cost is higher).If you need a product within a certain time frame please contact us PRIOR to ordering so we can let you know the available options for expedited shipping as well as if the items are in stock.
We do not have package pick-ups daily so if you need an order expedited contact us so we can arrange a pick-up or drop off accordingly.
We offer Route Protection Services as an Insurance on your shipment. IF a shipment is deemed lost or damaged by a carrier, if Route Protection is not opted for the maximum a carrier insures an order for is $100 USD in the case that they approve the claim. BlackFlagLighting is not liable if Route Protection is not included and a shipment is lost/damaged. If you have Route Protection on your order and need to file a claim please reach out to us or Route Protection directly to have one opened.
International shipping is calculated by zone rates to the country/area that it is shipped to. US Domestic shipping is also calculated by zone based on location/area.
CANCELLATIONS:
If you wish to cancel an order that has not been shipped please contact us as soon as possible and please understand that we cannot guarantee cancellations as sometimes they are already shipped. There is a 4% cancellation fee on orders that have not been shipped. Custom products do have a cancellation fee.
